Sakurai posted on his journal that there would be 1-2 other third party characters in Brawl other than Snake.That leasts room for 1 more, hopefully.And Megaman.

I say Leon, but I think Nintendo is giving us enough as it is.

If I had to choose from your list, I think Belmont would be cool. Thinking realistically, Megaman I'm guessing, but I'd like Viewtiful Joe, he'd make an awesome addition to the roster.
